3. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the label on returned items must not be cut or broken. Items must not have been used, washed or altered in any way and must not show any sign of use. It must also be in the original packaging.

4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you will receive a refund in the same manner you paid for the order. For credit card purchases, the refunded amount will be available in the customer's account within approximately 10 days, the time may vary depending on your bank. The money will always be refunded to the original account with which the payment was previously made.
